You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out to Start

Fall has a way of making people think about what’s next. Maybe you’re wondering if you’ve outgrown your home. Maybe you’d love a place with a little more room, less upkeep, or a yard for the dog. Or maybe you’re curious what buying your first home would actually take.
You don’t need a perfectly worked out plan to ask those questions.
I talk with people all the time who say, “We’re probably not ready yet, but…” That’s a perfectly good place to start. Sometimes our first conversation is about what your current home might sell for. Sometimes it’s about finding a lender who can walk you through the numbers. And sometimes we decide the best move is to stay put for now and revisit things later.
There isn’t one answer that fits everyone.
If you’re buying, we can talk about what you’re comfortable spending each month, what you’d need upfront, and which parts of your wish list matter most. If you’re selling, we can look at your home, talk through anything you might want to do before listing, and figure out whether the timing makes sense for you.
My job is to give you honest information and help you make a decision you feel good about. You can ask questions without committing to anything.
So if a move has been in the back of your mind this fall, tell me what you’re thinking. Even if your plan starts with “I have no idea where to begin,” we can begin there.
AMG.
